Tubi Sound is the standard sound of Tubi Style exhaust systems. This is our iconic sound, louder and more powerful than the OE sound.
The tips are oval oblique cut, with an angle harmonized to the side view of the car
Mirror finishes are highly reflective and created by polishing the stainless steel. The polishing process enhances appearance and consistency, making cleaning easier. A special rolling procedure is used. It is essential to remove deep scratches as any surface defects will be very noticeable on the finished product. it improves corrosion resistance. The polishing eradicates crevices where corrosive particles can lodge themselves.
Stainless steels are used in motor vehicle applications because they are resistant to corrosion and high-temperature oxidation, offer energy absorption properties and maintain their mechanical properties over a wide temperature range. Although Stainless Steel is a heavier option than Inconel, thanks to our skills, we work with very thin wall tube to keep weight to a minimum.
The exhaust system is not including the valve. The pneumatic valve command line should not be connected, or the electric actuator should be mounted on the supplied valve emulator. In this case, the actuator off-set set up should be done as described in the OE workshop manual. Differently, a check engine light may turn on.
